Lisi DeCampos Operations Manager

Ms. DeCampos earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Cesumar University in Maringa, Brazil, and her Master’s in International Business from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She joined the Power Panel team in February of 2018 after ten years as an independent business owner focused on the design, manufacturing, importing/exporting, marketing and sales strategy for a women’s clothing brand.
Ms. DeCampos is responsible for directing and planning the production process via the acquisition of raw materials, the management of inventory levels, quality control and the adherence to maintenance policies as to ensure, and improve, the productivity, efficiency and profitability of the company. Fluent in five languages, she also provides translation support for marketing materials and supply chain transactions.
